THE RETURN OF JUDY ALBERTI

Judy Alberti, previously with Station Casinos for 12 years, returns to the company in the same role as its Vice President of Entertainment. She replaces Joe Santiago, who held the same post for two years and recently relocated to the east coast to be closer with his family. Being closer with family and friends is a trend as that is what brings Alberti back to Vegas coupled with the allure of the city and the excitement of overseeing the entertainment offerings at Station Casinos, “I also missed Las Vegas – it has an unmatched energy, kind of a life of its own,” said Alberti. Under Alberti’s leadership, she will be responsible for overseeing the concert bookings and production for hundreds of concerts and lounge acts throughout the year at Station Casinos 13 entertainment venues. Alberti is a seasoned entertainment executive, having most recently operated the 5,000-seat Dodge Theater in Phoenix, Ariz. and opened the 4,000-seat theater at MGM Grand at Foxwoods along with her previous position at Station Casinos. “We’re ecstatic to welcome Judy back to the Station Casinos family,” said Kevin Kelley, chief operating officer at Station Casinos. “She’s one of the most well-respected professionals in the entertainment industry and we look forward to the continued growth of the entertainment under her direction.”Concerts at Station Casinos cover a wide array of genres, such as rock, country, jazz, hip-hop, R&B, comedy and tribute acts, among others. Among this summer’s upcoming acts are Peter Frampton, UB40, Daughtry and Sammy Hagar at Red Rock Resort, Jim Breuer, Richard Marx, Chris Botti and Jamie Kennedy at Green Valley Ranch, Ky-Mani Marley, Warrant and Dave Koz at Sunset Station, Oak Ridge Boys and Kansas at Texas Station and Bo Bice and The Romantics at Santa Fe Station in addition to numerous other headliners and weekly acts such as Yellow Brick Road, Steel Panther and Zowie Bowie.
